We'll help you host your Stag or Hen Weekend celebration here in the heart of  Cider Country (we restrict the number of stag and hen weekends we run each year, so expect to book well in advance).

Stag / Hen groups take our whole complex on an exclusive, private hire basis sleeping 10-20 in our four cottages.  We’ll settle you in on arrival with our preferred local Cider.  Using our Bull Pen Function Room as your base, private chef Vincent can prepare, cook and serve you a Friday arrival dinner - taking care of all the hard work while you all catch up after a long week.

We offer farmhouse cooked breakfasts to kick start your Saturday and we're on hand to help with the planning of any activities, many of which can take place on site. We link with Bath Shooting Company who offer a package of clay pigeon shooting and combat archery.  Or we can organise Bubble Football.  Or Bushcraft and Foraging.  Or Willow Basket making. Or Lebanese cookery and belly dancing.  There's lots more ideas in the lists below.

Retreat to the Function Room after a busy Saturday, a social space for your group, with a large dining table seating up to 20, comfy sofas, log burning stove, TV/DVD and Play-station, making it an ideal place to celebrate together, share the old stories and catch up over a glass or two.  If you're heading out for the night, we link with a local minibus / minicoach operator who can take you all into Taunton, Somerset's county town for the bright lights...!

We can offer private dining experiences anything from artisan pizzas to a full banquet to a cream tea which can be served in the function room or alfresco in the gardens.

Our large Games Barn has traditional skittles, badminton, basketball, snooker/pool, table tennis and table football.  Our gardens house an open air hot tub to ease you back into the week ahead.

We aim to be your perfect base for the weekend. Once you're settled there's loads to do, ideas for activities are below.
