We have just welcomed our newest member of our team, Echo is a 27 year old pony who has joined us as a pony for the grandchildren. Here are some pictures of her.

River Parret Trail

We are now guardians of a section of the River Parrett Trail, we are walking our
section 4 times a year to make sure there are no problems, we are lucky as at the
end of the walk there is a lovely pub called the King Alfred at Burrowbridge.

Winter Warmer discount at Walkers Farm Cottages

All cottages have a 15% discount on week, weekend and mid-week
break prices until christmas.

This means:

The Hackney Stable is now available for £225 for a
full week, £190 weekend and £166 for a mid-week break
The Tallet is now available for £225 for a full
week, £190 weekend and £166 for a
mid-week break
The Old Parlour and Dairy are available for £295 for a full week, £220 weekend and £195
for mid-week break.

We have the Dairy and Parlour free from monday the 7th November till friday the 11th, cost £196

Nature Box

We have put together a nature box for our guests; it has a pair of binoculars to use around the farm and surrounding countryside and a Book to record any significant sightings, so far a guest has seen 32 Great Cranes and a stoat, also we have heard a barn owl outside the cottages at night.

Farm Stay Meeting
